Kim has worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years. She has spent the last 20 years at FIRST, after working at Kemper Insurance in accounting and treasury management roles. As COO, Kim oversees the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively. She works to align the operational departments with company strategy, and focuses on optimizing processes, building high-performing teams, and achieving strategic objectives.
