Jon has over 20 years of experience in the premium finance industry, having held various roles at FIRST. He began his career in asset management, then transitioned to inside sales, eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer. As President, Jon oversees several departments, including business development, relationship management, marketing, client success, business solutions, and integrated solutions. He also leads the development of FIRST’s technology and insurtech innovations. Jon graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business and serves on the board of the Langdon Club.
