Dominique joined FIRST Insurance Funding in 2011. She oversees the company’s Legal Department and manages day-to-day legal affairs, regulatory matters, contract negotiations, transactional matters, and litigation. Prior to joining FIRST, Dominique’s legal career focused on insurance defense and creditor’s rights litigation. She is also the founder of our Green Committee which encourages actions that conserve and protect the Earth's natural environment within the workplace. Dominique is a graduate of Lake Forest College and the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
