First time users: find your user name and temporary password in your Welcome Letter/Notice of Acceptance.
A. FIRST does not charge for ACH payments. Whether you make a down payment with your bank account or sign up for AutoPay (recurring payments by ACH withdrawal), there is no charge. To set up AutoPay, log into your FIRST InSite account and click the AutoPay tab. You will receive a welcome letter once you account is set up.
